Zahava obtained both her CPC and CDRC credentials through an ICF accredited program.  She holds a Master’s in Educational Studies from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada, where her research focused on Transformational Learning for Personal Growth and Development with a specialization in Adult Learning Theory.
